O'Leary has done a fantastic job since taking over. They finished 16th in 2003, immediately before he took over. They've finished 6th and 10th since he took over, and that's without spending much money. Villa are having a rough season this year, but O'Leary should be given time. Ok so they got humilated by lowly Doncaster last night. Doncaster already knock Man City out this year and the same thing happened Liverpool last year against Burnley in the F.A cup.
