I don't know much about Art, but i know what i like and I like Munich. In fact I thought it was great. Certainly Spielbergs best in a decade, in my lowly opinion.

The look of the movie was fantastic, as you point out CK. Geoffrey Rush, as ever is fantastic. As is Bana.

The movie works best as a piece of cinema. It does not resolve the conflict, nor does it suffice in explaining the history of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. It excedes simply by telling the story of men blinded by emotion and nationalism caught up in something far bigger and more complex than they can understand.

Whilst the themes of the movie have all been done before, Spielberg has created a morally complicated movie that gives no easy answers, because none exist.
