Swede Your Own Movie
In the spirit of the plot of ‘Be Kind, Rewind’ (review coming soon hopefully) the producers are running a competition to make your own 2 minute movie, the best entry being screened on Channel 6 (which is seemingly a good thing) as well as prizes of premiere tickets, a showing at the Darklight Film Festival, vouchers and a walk on part in an Irish film production. Not too shabby. You can watch the entries submitted – there are 2 so far. As for what this process ’sweding’ means, Jack Black explains on the site – here.
